AUKETT + HEESE were appointed by Van Berkel & Bos U.N. Studio Amsterdam as contact architect forpartial services of HOAI Stages 1-4 (Design + Permitting) for the East Side Mall shopping centre next to the Mercedes-Benz Arena.
The shopping centre with a gross floor area of approximately 67,000 sq.m. has 25,000 sq.m. lettable retail area and 720 parking spaces.
