Superior Hotel
The 5 star superior hotel with 152 Rooms and 80 Suites, renowned through the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, will be the first Waldorf Astoria in Germany.
AUKETT + HEESE were commissioned by Swan Operations Limited for the design, detailed planning, tender procedure and site supervision for the 1.000 sq.m Guerlain Spa-, Health- and Fitness Area of the Waldorf Astoria Berlin.
AUKETT + HEESE provided all architectural services for the Lang Bar, as well as with Inter Art Etudes, the Restaurant and the Café. AUKETT + HEESE were furthermore responsible for the site supervision fit-out of all front-of-house areas at the Waldorf Astoria.
The design of the 118 m tall, 31 storey building is by Prof. Christoph Mäckler Architects, Frankfurt.
