The Playce, 2022

AUKETT + HEESE was commissioned for architectural services for the Work Stages 2-5 for the modernisation of the centre The Playce.
The modernisation is based on a new utilisation concept with six different themed areas (“Six Blocks”), modern architecture with double and three-storey facades, a market hall on 5,500m2 with upscale gastronomy and a tenant and branch mix with different concepts.
