The HUB, 2022
Master plan
In March 2022, we was invited, together with nine other architecture firms, to participate in a one-stage urban planning and architectural competition for the realisation of The HUB – a new industrial campus. The site has a total area of six hectares and is located directly on the banks of the Spree river in Berlin’s Spandau district. With a potential gross floor area of up to 200,000 m², The HUB presents a unique opportunity to create a location that houses all conceivable future forms work: data centres, science and research, high-quality office spaces, manufacturing and industry.
