Shopping Centre + Residential Tower
AUKETT + HEESE have been appointed by MZ Holding (represented by Kintyre Investments) to provide architectural planning services for the new construction of the “Märkisches Quartier” shopping centre in Berlin-Reinickendorf with 20 storeys, including a 60 metre high residential tower.
The quarter will comprise an underground car park, retail including a market hall on the ground floor, gastronomy and leisure facilities, a day care centre and 316 apartments on the upper 16 floors.
AUKETT + HEESE is also responsible for tenant coordination, the project manager is Gleeds Deutschland GmbH.
