Friedenauer Höhe

In July 2019, AUKETT + HEESE was invited by OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH to participate in a concept study competition for the realisation of an urban quarter in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district with flats, retail, commercial and offices. The overall size of the project site is approx. 50,000m².

AUKETT + HEESE’s concept is based on sophisticated urban development with high aesthetics and efficiency.
