Housing ideas competition
In July 2018 Buwog Bauträger GmbH invited AUKETT + HEESE to participate in this urban development / architectural ideas competition for Gartenfelder Strasse 59, a 37,000 m² site in Berlin-Spandau.
The resulting urban development concept is characterised by a strong building structure. This structure defines the new Gartenfeld Kiez and provides the opportunity to build individual and attractive homes with a high degree of flexibility.
