Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, one of the world’s most famous luxury hotels, celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2022. Located on Baden-Baden’s elegant Lichtentaler Allee, the hotel is a unique historical monument to landscape design, and, with its 105 individually designed rooms and suites, it serves as the city’s grand hotel. Plus, in 2021, Baden-Baden – and thereby also the hotel – was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site as one of the Great Spa Towns of Europe.
In addition to the installation of energy-efficient building technology and improvements to the building envelope, the modernisation of the hotel also includes the comprehensive renovation of the rooms and suites and the partial redesign of the floor plans, in particular on the 5th floor in order to offer guests even more opportunities to enjoy the building’s spectacular location. In keeping with the exacting standards of the listed hotel, an elegant interior design is planned. The Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa represents a unique style of hospitality. Lending it a contemporary form while preserving the unique character of the building is a particular challenge of the project.
