Studentenwohnen in der Zukunft

AUKETT + HEESE was commissioned by the Berlinovo Immobiliengesellschaft to conduct a workshop on the topic of “Student Housing in the Future”.

The resulting “Bett(er)stay” concept by AUKETT + HEESE is a sustainable, urban and future-oriented form of communal living.

It is based on a building structure which allows flexible division and use of the building. Communal living can take place in the sociable, double-height living room. External infrastructure not only connects the flats with each other, but also leads to the roof garden. On the ground floor there is a neighbourhood café called the Waschbar.
