Office and retail building

Starting in summer 2023, three additional floors and a spectacular roof terrace will be added to the ofiice and retail building BEAM in Berlin-Mitte. AUKETT + HEESE was commissioned by Signa Real Estate, represented by Berlin, Schicklerhaus Immobilien GmbH, as the architect for the restoration, fit-out and expansion of the building located at Schicklerstrasse 5–7.
AUKETT + HEESE is also responsible for tenant planning; Pott Architects will provide service phases 1–4.

The building has a total rental area of 28,000 m², offering tenants space for modern, flexible working environments. The first stage will be completed in summer 2023; the 6th floor and parts of the 5th floor were partially commissioned in January 2023.
The BEAM will be LEED and Wired Score Platinum certified.
