Office and Hotel "Die Welle"
AUKETT + HEESE were appointed by TLG Immobilien GmbH in summer 2008 as Architects and General Planner for this 40.000 sq.m. project.
In addition to the 4-star Ramada hotel with 337 rooms and the 2-star H2-Hotel with 288 rooms, AUKETT + HEESE were responsible for the design of the office building with a lettable area of 8.000 sq.m.
The facade design is by Nalbach + Nalbach.
