AUKETT + HEESE was commissioned by BAM Deutschland AG to carry out the detailed design for the portal building and the WinX high-rise, the final construction phase of the MainTor site in Frankfurt am Main. The 110m high WinX Tower is an ultra-modern high-end skyscraper in a prime location with premium office space, international gastronomy, an 11m high glass lobby and a skylounge with a view of the River Main. The tower combines elegant architecture with modern space and energy planning as well as high-quality fittings. In addition there is a spacious underground car park with approx. 180 parking spaces.
The client is DIC MainTor WINX GmbH. The design is by KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten GmbH. The building received the DGNB Platinum certification
