Techno Terrain Teltow, 1995

Just south of the Berlin city-line, Roland Ernst redeveloped the brownfield site in Teltow into a Business Park. AUKETT + HEESE were commissioned with the design and execution of an office building with 22.000 sq.m. gross area, split into three separate buildings divided by party walls. The 5-storey building has two open courtyards and two levels of below-grade parking for 310 cars. A 5-storey atrium defines the main entrance of the clear and pristine modern design construction.
