AUKETT + HEESE were commissioned by the Deutsche Bahn Immobiliengesellschaft for design, preparation of the application for building permission and for working drawings of a new office building, approximately 10.000 sq.m. in size.

The shape of the building consists of two rigth angles each of which will house one of the above organisations.

A foyer, partly two floors high and entered at ground floor, houses conference rooms, designed as a self contained box. The two outside spaces of different quality will be jointly used.
