AUKETT + HEESE wins the BIM Champion Award 2026

We are very pleased that our project has been awarded the BIM Champion Award 2026 in the category “From planning to sustainable operation” as part of the BIM Champions 2026 by buildingSMART Germany.

The award recognizes outstanding projects and applications in the field of Building Information Modeling each year and highlights innovative approaches in the digital planning, construction, and operation of buildings. The award ceremony took place as part of the buildingSMART evening event in Berlin.

Max Reder and Juri Kessler accepted the award on behalf of our office on site.

The award confirms our consistent BIM-driven design approach, in which digital processes are fully integrated into all project phases—from the initial concept through planning and construction to sustainable operation. Using our Siemensstadt Square project as an example, it becomes clear how BIM-based methods can increase transparency, improve planning processes, and support sustainable solutions in building operations.

We would also like to warmly congratulate all other winners of the BIM Champion Award 2026 on their outstanding projects.
